Yesterday, I took the first salary after I begining to be a formal clerk. I were shocked. I come to know that is all of my salary, including all of the allowance. Every months,a fews days befor the payoff, I have no money. I have to borrow from my brother. That make me feel very upset.I am wondering, shall I looking for a new company?

most of us start to work, the salary is low. I think that is not the reason your live your company. If you want to leave, you need to think if the job have a good future,if I can learn more,I think that is the important thing. Right?

Yes,I think you are right. So I still work in the company now. Though my families always ask me to find a better job, I think I need to stay here at least one year, when I am able to deal everything by myself.

Look for a new job if you're not happy with your job now. But if you are having doubts, i suggest that you should talk to your boss about your concerns.

I am wondering how to talk with him. Anyway,in some aspects, he is a good boss. I feel embarrassed to talk him about the salary.

If you are not happy with your job or with your salary I think you should look for another job where you will be more compensated and will enjoy your work environment. It is easy to work in a place where you know you are not happy and at the end of the week when you receive your salary you will be more upset with your salary. Just my thought

I think the enviroment here is good, for all of our colleages here are in the same ages. But I really do not satisfied with the salary. At the same time, I can not learn something now. Everyday the only thing I did is to follow the course of different orders, then search potentioal customers on internet.I want to know more about our products, but we do not have a factory, and it is hard for me to learn further just only from internet.

Maybe try to find a new job that pays more, but if this is not a option then maybe: 1. Talk to your boss or someone at your job to find out what future prospects exist - Will you get promoted to a better job? Will you get more pay for more hours or responsibilities? Can you transfer to another department? 2. Maybe study part time, if it's suitable, to learn more skills that will improve your chances for a higher paid job. 3. Suggest smarter or different methods at your current job, and mention such methods to your boss, who might then pay you more...
