If there truly is a God that exists and really cares about us, why does he allow so much suffering in the world? many of the people who suffer are the ones who least desserve it. I just don't get it.

I think he is loosing control on humans due to excess population and too many demands from his subjects. either he is over working and tired or he is lazy to attend to calls!! Self help is best help.

Well i don't believe in god or any higher power i believe that we are all responsible for the way we treat our fellow man and how we want to be with one another that is our choice as human beings. if there was a god though i would blame him/her for all the suffering anyway because he/she made us in their image ( aparently ) so god must have put those feelings and thoughts into us in the first place otherwise they would not be there would they? so it's all gods fault. These peeps who say well god can't intervene in every problem ermmm sorry but yes he/she can because according to the bible we are all gods children and would you let your children take a knife to each other? no you wouldn't ( unless something is wrong with you ) so god is a bad parent

Simple god doesn't exist and it's only people that cause other peoples suffering.
