Lazy Cops!

First of I don't mean to offend any one out there who is a police man/woman.
But I think there are a LOT of cops who don;t do a good job out there. Many of the people I know have observed the cops in their town, and they aren't really Patroling until their ticket deadlines. In that time period they give out the most ridiculous tickets, like for speeding 2 miles faster than the speed limit, or J-walking when there are no cars.

Not every cop is like that and they do not have ticket deadlines or quotas to meet. It's an old urban legend.

Yeah I agree with you. Most cops aren't like this...maybe a couple are. It's just like dirty cops...everyone always think they are all over the place, but they aren.'t. Dirty cops just give all cops bad names in some peoples minds.
Lucky for me cops here aren't like that. They are fair in their ticket distribution.

Hi,
Lazy cops in our place could see common. In patrolling jeeps they could seen having liquors and playing cards. But it very rare to see a worthy cop in our place in India. Still they are more interested in beating those people. An ordinary man is not able to approach a police in place as it may cause a big problem for him as the responds is unpredictable.

Are ya sure ya don't live in Lake Charles cause that sure sounds like the cops here My son got a tickiet the other day cause he didn't stop right when the paper blew out of his truck the cop gave him a ticket for littering

Cops here in my place are not just lazy, they are also corrupt! I agree that some are not doing a good job but I think there are still a few who are. I hate to see lazy cops especially when someone has done wrong just right in front him. Then instead of arresting or giving out a ticket, they rather ask for money. I always find myself amused everytime I see a cop with a cool phone hanging with his new ride. Could he possibly afford that?
