Being mixed bipolar and a mother

I am just seeing how many mothers are there that are mixed bipolar. How do you handle your episodes? I do not have full custody of my son, because of my illness... all though we live in teh same house my husband has full custody. I don't get to see him when my husband is at work. My son has to go the babysitters at those times. I hate it...I miss my son. It is making my episodes worsen I think. Do you have any sugestions on keeping calm when my son is not around? Are you bipolar or even better are you a mixed bipolar?
