my brother is so selfish

my brother has obtained (somehow) over $400 in one day. and no one in the family ask for him to do much. he knows that our little sister has only one single pair of shoes appropriate for church, and she is outgrowing them. i asked him to simply buy her some little shoes that wouldn't cost no more than like $10, and he sat there and gave me 10 different excuses why he cant. then he came home today complaining about the price of something that he doesnt necessarily need(i think it was like $40 or $50) but he cant even buy some thing that our little sister actually needs. My momma doesnt have enough money right now, because we are preparing for the arrival of my baby, so she cant buy her some shoes. i feel that he is so selfish and inconsiderate. and he doesnt think about no one but himself. if i had it i would get her what she needs, but i dont. why is he such an axx!! (just felt like letting off some steam!)
