Which one to upgrade (from india)

I am from India and i have heard that , here we are getting much fewer ads to click even if we upgrade some ptc like clixsense etc ... So my question is whether anyone of you know some better ptc or anything like that which can be upgraded for below or = to 10 dollars and make some profit out of that . No problem if you don't know any such PTC , can you please provide me with some ebook such as income4beginners which is worth 10 dollars or below ? I have just found one from millionaire-mind.com , which is worth 7 dollars - but how can i invest in a program or ebook which i didn't heard till now !!! Please help me out of this ....
