Do you know how long an egg yolk nucooked can last in the freezer?? I'm trying to eat omelets with one whole egg and one yolk, I can't do all egg whites only, I hate their taste, and bland texture. One of the ideas I was given for discarded yolks was freezing them to use later in french toast. I love the idea but when will they go bad?
