http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/071117/national/climate_change_conference I always think if the temperature gets another degree or two warmer, the ice will melt, and everyone lives closer to the poles will be the first ones to suffer the affect of global warming that includes us in the North. What about your country? What do you think will happen if all attempts fail? Did you notice that the protocol ends in 2012, and the Mayans predict the world will end that year?

A very discomforting thought there as many psychics had predicted a radical change in the Earth as we know it and many lives not only human will end and they all seem to point to that year 2012. A lot has to do with the shifting of the magnetic poles which has taken place from the beginning of Earth's history..it's thought that a major change to the earth's magnetic poles was the cause of the extinction of the dinosaurs, and then the very last major upheavals took place around 10,000 years ago..so, guess we're due for another dramatic Earth change, no?

there is another sign of world end, from religious point of view. doesn't say 2012, but they haven't gone as far as calculating yet, they just saw the sign.

global warming is true and it's easily felt in the eastern part of the globe. The sun is warmer and I don't feel this kind of warm before back into my school days. There's also the shortage of water because the rain didn't arrive in the rainy season. It was late for almost 2months! Summer seems to be longer than usual. This is due to the ozone layer that is slowly thinning which is the cause of air chemicals like sprainet, etc.

I felt it way back between 1995 - 1999. I came from tropical country and even I could feel it was hotter in the days then before

Hey, LittleMel, did you see my discussion about Planet X/Nibiru? I don't want to panic; probably it was the reason why we were born under lucky star..he,he... Yes, Mayas think that in 2012 we will have big impact..

I just did. So if the end of life as we know it will start in 2012, well I hope I will at least be able to visit my family again before that. I would like to give you a link to another interesting thing. It doesn't make sense or have anything to do with Nibiru, but it's interesting to start with.

I am having a hard time believing this global warming thing. I live in Canada and it's just as cold now as it always has been. I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba and we still get 40 below for weeks on end in the winter. I have watched a lot of shows about this and see what it is doing way up north, but it doesn't seem to effect us down here. I know it's not a good thing what it's doing for the polar bears and seals and all the wild life up north. But how many hundreds of years will it take to effect us. Who knows for sure.

do you mean this is all just some paranoid people ideas? I mean I do feel it's warmer this time of the year compared to last year. I live in Ontario
