How healthy is Tuna fish for breakfast every morning with toast and beans?

I don't think I could handle tuna for breakfast, but tuna is healthy. If you're having toast, try to make sure it's whole grain. Beans are "good carbs" and have a lot of protein. I don't know about eating the same thing everyday though, if you're trying to lose weight. You might get burned out.
