JVC LT-40FH97 Service Manual

In six months my JVC LT-40FH97 will have enough hours of use for a calibration by an ISF Technician. I will need to be able to provide that technician with the information to access the service menue. Ten years ago I was able to order a copy of the service manual from Sony for a KV-36XBR200. Why does JVC deny me access to reference materials for professional calibration?
