is it better to respond to existing ones? I have been spending most of my time here responding and have only started a few discussions. The ones I have started have not taken off to well... LOL Opinions? - Mike

in my experience here, both posting discussion and responding should be done to maximize our effort. i have also posted some discussions and they elicited few responses. so i decided to respond to other discussions and in that way, i am more in control of my points than waiting for others to respond to my discussions. just keep on responding and if you have a good dicussion idea, then start a discussion. but i would suggest to you that you respond more. goodluck

Thanks for responding. I am sure that each had their own advantages, so I will keep doing both. I am sure that I will be responding more than posting originals though. - Mike

Hi Mike, Surprise! after sometime, bzy wth activites, i experience tht fornew user and for me also, new discussion not taken off so easily, but after certain time, all is going smooth and receiving response from most of the person. my advice always to give as much reply as you can but with quality as quality response gives you better rating.
