ear infections in 6 month baby

my son has a middle ear infection and i just dont know how to help him. he is on anti-biotics.and i have been giving him panadol.
what else can i do to help him handle the pain??

self medication is not good. you must take your sone to the special doctor of ear, nose and throat. panadol is pain killer. you should never use such pain killers in abudence. pain or infection in ear could also be result of catarrth or influenza.so you should not waste to think on and rush to specialist for better treatment please.

i have taken him to the doctor and he gave him anti- botics. i know that panadol is a pain killer. the poor little thing is screaming all day from the pain. and i only give it to himwhen i think that he is in real pain and when cuddles and distraction cant settle him.
