There are instances that in your office or place of work colleagues or other workers influenced your boss or other people it may be a superior or not in any manner as a threat to yourself and to your job especially when there is a job stiff competition. What will you do and did you feel being treated this way?

My emploers are just wonderful, I feel wanted here, I feel respected, and I give my best to the Organization this makes me feel there is no better place to work than where I am today.

many many many times to be quite honest, I'm not sure I can deal with it anymore people telling lies to make themselves look better and and coworkers look worse, I never did any of that, clawing my way to the middle is not for me anyway

I feel that way everyday, but it's not my coworker's fault, and they feel pretty much like me, it's just the bosses, they are so mean for no reason sometimes! And maybe, if they like someone, they let them do stuff like arriving late or not coming at all while the rest of us have to be there right on time and not leave a minute earlier! We're all thinking about quitting... it's hard to find another job, but none of us wants to stay there for long... =(

I feel I am being treated unfairly! for the last 8 months I was in the absolute best team at work. I had so much freedom and responsibility and the absolute best group of people. I was moved to another team to help out and now I have no responsibility or freedom, no one talks I get lumped with all the filing, photocopying and jobs like that even though its not my job and I hate it! I'm not exactly sure what to do about it because I don't want to leave the company but don't want to stay in that team!

isn't there ANYONE you can talk to? someone in charge of making the teams work, etc? I know in my office it's impossible, but many companies do have one person you can go to in this circumstances... good luck to you!

Hi Kaza, seems your situation is really difficult. Working a job which you hate? This is really a bar from doing your job. May you will overcome all of these and currently happy working with your colleagues.

since the competition of sciety is more and more intense, the competion between colleagues is also more and more unfair. but if we have competence for this task , i think , the boss will treat you fair.

Hi Mary, I may agree with you. A very satisfactory performance rendered to your company is the usual basis of a smooth employer-employee relationship.

I have been treated unfair in my last job. I resigned the job and now I am happy that I am not working with that company. I actually did not like to work with them but due to commitments I had to stay there for some period. I will never join such a company again and in future I will be more careful when taking up a job.

Hello Lavenderbloom, Good, you've decided to leave your previous job. Exactly, sometimes we should be careful in landing a job otherwise we will not be happy for it.

Hi Rossy, I agree with you. If working with the company is no longer harmonious, better to leave and find for a better one.
