Another word

I became a grandmother at the tender age of 38, which was a huge shock to the system, so when my daughter called me grandma for the first time I was in shock. Since then I have often thought that we ought to invent a new title for all the young and young at heart grandmothers out there. I have been racking my brain every since and have never found the right word So come on all you Grandma's out there lets find a more suitable name for all of us. I would love to hear your suggestions

My grandma was 38 when she had her first grandchild. We called her Nana, but that isn't much better, is it? How about Grand Duchess? It makes you sound regal which you so obviously are, and it keeps the 'grand' in the name so the grandkids wouldn't feel as weird. : )

thats a good one I like that far better than nanna or grandma it makes you sound so old I think it is because my grandma was a tiny lady with grey hair, my hair even at 60 is not grey yet

No gray hair yet? You need to share your secret. : )
