Do people celebrate Chinese Spring Festival in your country

About 2 months later, Chinese spring festival will come which is the most important festival in China, i heard some of my foreign friends saying that in their countries, more and more people started to celebrate it, and they like the dancing lions very much, so in your country, do any people celebrate it?
