The demand for teachers are there because new teachers who come aboard quit after being in the class room a few days. There are no respect given to the teachers by the students and sometimes by the parents. Not only are they leaving, but the starting salaries are less than the corporate workforce. Some of the teachers are being placed in the classrooms without any training or support.

Yes, I really enjoy watching how teachers bring about learning and experience into the lives of young people. I am now on my practice teaching... and I enjoy it so much, teaching is indeed equals hard work and heart work. YOu have to have the heart and the will to want it. Are you teaching too?

Yes! Very true teachers are always in demand! Basically learning is an never ending process and kids are always there and they are needed to be taught by the teachers only! A good teacher can mend ones life and a good teacher is remembered throughout ones life! I recall my teachers till the day though I am 47 now! They have made a permanat imression on my heart and they can be never removed from by brains and heart! I love teaching profession and I fully agree that this is one of the noblest profession! When I was a student I used to take private tuition classes for the tenth and twelfth class students! This used to give me immense satisfaction together with some money to make! Well teachers are in great demand every where as today the education pattern also has got changed drastically and dramatically. We do have several new subjects and several new concepts and good teacher is always in demand who can fulfil todays demands! I read in the News Papers that England is hiring English teachers from Commonwealth countries to teach English in England! This very clearly shows that teachers are ever in demand if they are good!
