I love Canada I truly do, but now having finished nursing school the opportunities are endless, there is a demand in Bristish Columbia for nurses, they are screaming for them and I have been doing good so far with getting my testing done for each hospital and interviews lined up.....but as much as i would hate to say it, the US pays so much more. Canadian nurses do get paid 30 plus and hour whihc is great I am not greedy at all, I am quite ok with it getting into healthcare wasnt for the money initially but for the fact I like to help people, but I do have a family to take care of and so on so now the money is looking like a very good idea :) Plus I could use a good change all though with all the politics and stuff in the US i dont know if its worth it. What are some good points about living in the US?

As an immigrant myself,I would say if you are willing to deal with the INS bullsh*t go for it.The opportunities here are plenty and just make sure you move close to one of us ;)
