What is the "Active Desktop Mover"

What is the "Active Desktop Mover" that appears in my "manage addons" section.
I am constantly looking there to see if anything has attached itself to my computer.

I do not have these addons. But name implies that It is a utility which is used to hide active desktop window, as we have in linux.
