Are u a hedonist?

What do you think of this: that part of being human is to just run merely after pleasure, pain should not be included in the process whether ur dealing with another human or making certain decisions.
I guess, I do not believe in this plainly because this might lead me to being someone who avoids pain. I mean, either I would give up easily on something I do because it does not give me pleasure anymore or because pain is in the process.
So what do you think? Are you hedonistic?

so that's what hedonistic mean.... well i anybody can escape pain, but will have to do that again and again because pain is a natural part of life... but for me it's tiring to escape all the time, so why not face it, enjoy it pleasure or perhaps make use of that energy one gets from pleasure to face that pain :-)

I agree -- you get the energy from pleasure to face pain. This provides balance in the process. :)
