Paranoia

Does anyone else here suffer with paranoia? I get ideas in my head that people dont like me and I cant explain (in a way that makes sense anyway) it. There is someone in particular who is always nice to me but I keep saying 2he doesnt like me" Its not just him though. Its a pretty general thing.
