Flash feature in a webpage design..anyone??

Hi, i face some problem during preparing my school assignment...i duno hw to putting the flash inside the webpage created...wat is the coding to do it?? anyone can help me?? besides,is ther any program can use to design flash?? Thankz for the help~

Well, its simple for you if you are using Visual Webdeveloper 2005, its have a function or you can say a toolbox where you can directly add some flash contents.
