Do you think Joran van der Sloot killed Natalee holloway?

This case doesn't make sense.There's no body and there is no evidence.Also there was told that Natalee had problems with her mum and that maybe she ranaway from home. So we don;t know if she's dead although there's a big chance,but still there's no motive Joran and his friends killed her. So in my opinion (and not because he'sdutch like me) but i don't think he did it. So what do you think?
