Have you ever felt alone?

A thing i noticed recently is that some times even if i have friends and lots of them i must say i get the feeling that i am alone...i mean i feel lonely! Even if you get online and chat with people and friends this feeling exist. Have anybody experience this before or experience this at all?

I have felt this before, and moreso lately than ever. I lost my job and have been working online at home alone. It is odd. Sure now and then I get an email from someone and I take part in discussions, plus I talk to my mom about once a week. But when you are used to working with the public and others in your office it is an odd feeling. So I do know where you are coming from. We just cannot let this feeling last for long. We must think of positive things or change what we are doing to get our mind off of it.

yeah this is for sure...i mean we have to get this feeling out. I do speak with friends and relatives but you are right...the feeling is still there! I think we have, as u mention, to find something different to do to to clear our minds! Thanks and have a good posting

yes, i feel that way a lot. im surrounded by my family, but dont have a boyfriend. havent had one for about 6 years now. so even in the middle of family dinner i get that all alone feeling sometimes. an empty ache that you just have to try and ignore, think about what everybody else is doing.
lol guess ive kind of given up on trying to find my mister right, but im not bitter. a bit morose perhaps but not bitter lol!
