Have you played any good pc game recently?

I am striking to find a good pc game meaning something totally new as all recent games are similar to old ones! All have almost the same plot etc... This means that the game category is full? that there is nothing left to be made? and even in the same category, NO ideas have been left for a totally different game or plot? Or maybe nobody from game developers is bother to offer something new and exciting, because they know that whatever happens their games will sold?

i've a favourite pc game, it's name is "Call of Cthulhu: dark corners of the earth"
It's an amazing pc game, i've never seen anything like it before!
it's a mix of action, mystery, fear, strange stories taken by H.P. Lovecraft novels.
It's like a FPS but it's "strange", strange graphic, environments, effects like mental stress and instability that change your view.
It's different from any other game.
