Well I think callahan had to go. It seemed to me in the 4 years he was here he did nothing to impress me. He could not develop his players. He keep bring in these jr college players as a quick fix and they were here 1 mabye 2 years and gone. That was fine the first few years but at year 4 you should have your own players in there running things. Now I just hope TO makes a good pick for the next coach and hits a real homerun. Someone who takes us back were we should be and will be here to stay for a long time.

Well I hope it is for the better. I thought Bill had potential but he did make a few of mistakes that made him look bad. Pete says it is like 72% chance that the next coach will be Bill Palini (spelling) or Turner Gill.

Well the thing about Pelini is he has never been a head coach. I think it might be gill. I think they are the 2 front runners. Man I hate sundays I sleep all wrong goet to be to work at 10pm and just don't sleep right. I need to find a job were I work like 9 to 5 or 8 to 4 something like that a normal day job would be nice. Hey have not talked to you for awhile. It's been real busy around here for me. Since July 7 work has been hell. We have been working 10 hour days 7 days a week. I have only got 1 day off since July 7. Needless to say I'm worn out don't know how much more of this crap I can take. They say it might be another month before it slows down. I hope so football starts soon and I would like to see some games. Not much else going on with me how are things with you and the gang? We will have to play cards again if I ever get another day off. Talk to you later.

Good to hear from you again scooten. Tell them you want to start going to church... so you need a day off for that.
Sounds to me like the need me to come start working for them. I will be needing Saturday off for sure and one more day a week would be nice too. I mean, there is life outside the work place! Feel free to give me a call in the evenings if you like. I am usually here.

Hey RealIolo how is life? It's about as good as it's going to get for me I think. Down to only working 6 days a week get one day off at least so I can watch Nebraska football. The money is good but have no time to spend it and most goes to a mortgage and bills anyway. Really lonely out here in eagle I need to move back to Lincoln but can't really afford too right now. Hope everything is OK with you guys well that's all for now form boning Eagle, Nebraska. Have a nice night.

Hey Realiolo I was getting ready to leave saturday night and got a call from a friend an seward. It's a long story but in the end I ended up having to go get him out of jail in seward. So it mad for a very long night and I was not a happy camper. Sorry I missed the game mabye next time if im not working. It's the start of a new year and there going hard and heavy on the ot so I hope to a least of saturday off but we will see. Talk to you later.

I will be up and around then and you could stop by. I however suggest that, and I know this isn't normally in your nature, you call Tom at 465-5622 or 540-5986 and bug him about it a bit. Don't worry, you won't upset him. I think he is used to us bugging him about playing cards on the weekends. The fact that you would be interested in playing should also help motivate him to want to play. Pete of course will play and naturally I will play. We might be able to get Richard to play too if we time it right.

Hey how's it going? Sorry I have missed you BBQ's you have invited me too. Saturdays are just a busy day for me and I go the the races saturday night. As it is for everyone also gas prices are killing me so I drive as little as I can it coast me $60 to fill up and i'm filling up at least once a week if not more. I do want to visit again it has been a while. You guys should come out here sometime also don't think anyone has ever been here. We will have to plan that some time.
