How to add special characters in your display name in friendster?

I've just joined myLot since a friend of mine told me there are quite interesting discussions here and also good source of information sharing. I was just wondering if anyone of you knows how to add special characters in the display name in friendster. 'Would really appreciate anyone's feedback.
