Do you go to a chiropractor? I go twice a week because I have problems with my spine and neck and jaw. He adjusts me and gives me strengthing exercises to do. He showed me how to get rid of a headache, the last time I went, which was yesterday. He showed me to put two tennis balls in a sock and lay on them just under my scalp, on the back of my neck. Roll them till you find the spots that are sensitive. When found, lay with a little pressure for about 15 minutes and then check to see if your headache is gone. It works for me, every time. My husband had a headache today and I showed him how to do it and he said I was nuts. He did it though, through my persistance, and it worked for him too. He was totally surprised and says he will now listen to me a little more about these kinds of things that I learn from my chiropractor. He doesn't think chiropractors work and thay I'm just wasting his money. Now he believes me a little more. Do you see a chiropractor? Does it help you? Have you learned anything you can share, that helps.
