A nap should only last a maximum of 1 hour. Is this true for you?

Someone told me that when a person takes a nap it should only be 30 minutes to a maximum of 1 hour. More than that the person will experience a headache. Is this true for you? In my experience it's not. Rather if i take a nap and it's only 30 minutes then i experience having a headache. How about you? What can you say about it? Is it bad for the health to sleep for only 1 hour?

I wind up feeling like crap if I have to get up after napping for less than an hour. I have a headache, I can't think straight, I'm like a zombie. I have to nap at least 2 hours or so if I'm going to lay down, or I just wake up feeling worse. I have heard that it's not healthy to take long naps, and that it messes up your sleep patterns at night. But I could sleep all day and all night if you'd let me... I have a lot of health problems, so I'm kind of always tired. I'm not sure how it works for a normal healthy person, since I've never been one.

I sometimes nape more then one hour. I dont get a headache but I dont feel so good when I get up. I guess that is why we should be getting the proper sleep at night. That one thing I dont get.
