people and fear

I've heard a lot of stories ,too were people does extraordinary things when they are in intense fear. There was this incident in our neighborhood where a certain lady was able to bring out the refrigerator from their house under fire. After the incident, she can no longer carry the refrigerator. It has something to do with our adrenalins. It raises up because of fear.

As for me I'm doing worse under fear and make rushy decisions, more mistakes. When I did well under fear, it was because I could visualize what might happen, and this made me pay more attention to what I do.
