At around lunch today, there was an earthquake that surprised us in the office. I was basically, answering some stuff in my pc, when I felt that something was moving. Then I looked at my boss and asked him if indeed it was an earth quake. I think it lasted for 5 minutes. We were situated at the 19th floor, so the thing is we actually felt the quake. I asked my boss, who’s like 30years my senior if the 1990s earth quake that struck the Philippines, was really that strong. Back then I was in Davao and never felt the impact of the quake. Then we talked of the Pinatubo explosion. Now, have you experienced any natural calamity? The one that retained in my mind was last year’s storm, MILENYO. It struck manila, and it was really pretty wild. It was also I think my very first time to actually witness and experience how a SUPER TYPHOON was. Something, I wish it would not really happen again. So have you experienced any natural calamity? Describe your experience.

I am from the northern state punjab in india and this is a relatively safer space from natural clamities although the area has experienced earthquakes some really strong and normally they have occured in the nights or early morning but as ludhiana is not a place of skyscrapers the damage was by gods grace not much.
