What are you making tonight? I'm bored and curious what others are making to eat tonight? I'm making roasted chicken for my boyfriend, with mashed potatos. I've also got some seasoned mixed veggies baking and a big pot of rice. What are you cooking?

Dad ate the last of the turkey with gravy, sweet potatoes, green beans and some squash; while I toasted couple slices of bread threw some turkey shavings, swiss cheese, slice of onion and sweet potatoes ! no gravy. Mom had squash, salad and some rice. Oh thank goodness we only got a 10 lb bird ! sharing the light, Miss Erica Hidvegi, the Enlightenment Advisor, B.A. Psych/M.A. Transpersonal Studies- Cnslng/Author, Artist, Photographer, Entrepreneur & Freelance extraordinaire http://www.gather.com/enlightenedpsych2

LOL Indeed! We only got a 4 lb turkey so it was gone quickly. Can I ask where you got your degree in Transpersonal studies? It's been a dream of mine for a while to find a way to complete my education and go on to www.itp.edu

Well I'm a day late but tonight I made BBQ chicken tenders, egg noodles, mashed potatoes, and green beans. It was yummy too. Well the noodles wasn't. It was my first time making them and I just used the directions on the package. They didn't taste the way I wanted. LOL So now I've got to find out how my Grandma makes hers :)

Mmmmm, that sounds so good. I love homemade biscuits. I may have to make some of my own sometime this week.

YEAH!!!! I didn't have to cook! My next door neighbor came over to bring me some cat food that she had gotten for me while she was at the store and called to see if I needed anything. I had chicken out to make but I cleaned a bit and made brownies and worked on entering some orders into the computer and emailing my hostess with totals, then packing another order. While my neighbor was here she told me she had stuffed cabbages in the oven and I said, "OH YUM!" She ate some brownies, gave me the cat food, we gossiped a lot, we giggled like school girls, her son called once to see when she was coming back home, another son called about a half hour later to see when she was coming home, and then about 15 minutes after that she asked if I wanted to get a bowl and come over and bring some stuffed cabbages over here with me! Ta Da! I made some mashed potatoes and Voila! Supper! I guess I have to take that creepy skin off the chicken tomorrow - yuck! ~Donna (I love white rice - Jasmine is my favorite)

Boy that chicken sure sounds good. Well I ment to take something out for myself, but forgot. I got busy with things around the house. I wanted to marinate a chuck steak in A1 Chicago style marinade. So here I sit as I write, eating a beef pot pie. Thats ok tho. I will go to work tommow and eat pretty good. The nice thing is the food is free.
