If another person's child way out of control, would you step in and discipline him?

Hello friend. I would be helping others to decipline the disobedient child by teaching him how to be a good child without making trouble to his parents. I think that the child would listen to me if my teaching to him meets his requirements. Thanks for the discussion, dear friend.
