I wonder if the message such as"Say No To Drugs" Pop Up on my Computer is Virus

There is always a message appearing in my computer as "Say No To Drugs" It is not a screen saver.Is it a virus or what? Have you ever encounter this kind of message popping up on your computer.

Hi Pankyy. Please help me. I thought it was a screen saver but its not. Me and my staff will try to reformat the server. What should I do to avoid this problem.

Download hijackthis from http://majorgeeks.com/download3155.html , install, use the option scan and get a log and upload the log somewhere, or copy it here if you can. Answer with that and i'll try to see. Good luck.
