What do think of my new idea to cook with sweet potatoes and cheese?

I am cooking for part of my dinner tonight Sweet potatoes in side refridgerated biscuits with cheese melted what do you think? Explain why you would or would not try them!

Mozzarella cheese is white and melts easier when you cook it or microwave it on food. Also it is better for your health. Less fat then cheddar. Its the cheese thats white on pizza you get that type of cheese normally when you eat at pizza resteraunts. have you ever been out eating pizza. I am not sure where you live. If you haven't tried to try it sometime its the yummiest cheese there is. Yets kinda got the same flavor has Monery Jack cheese, and its white to.

Potatoes and cheese does not make much sense to me because in our country people use them only scarcely.But I do understand that in the Western hemisphere, it is a main part of one's diet.Good luck to you with whatever dish you are preparing !

I try not to make all my dishes with cheese. Cause to much cheese can be bad for you. though I only use mozzarella cheese. Chedder is ok but I perfer what I use.

Yes, I would try it. I like trying new things. You can never say that something is going to be good or bad without actually giving it a shot. However, the thing that throws your idea off for me is the cheese. I don't think of sweet potatoes and cheese going together. Again, though, I haven't tried it, so I can say for sure. Let me know how it turns out!

It was very yummy. Surprisingly the cheese was a great touch for this small meal. my son sorta liked it. though he ain't a potato fan. he just loves yams. I want to make this again and try adding more. just got to think about it.
