Happiness is the state of mind - healthy mind. So One should ensure to have a good health and that is happiness. Money also brings happiness but that is momentary, but it is required to meet day to day expenses for the very existence of one's life. The real happiness comes when a person is really hardworking, dedicated, efficient with effectiveness and has sincerity of purpose. One cannot help having ups and down in life, because that is life. So sometimes happiness accompanies unhappiness too for a brief spell or longer spell.

Hello and Hi sweet quentina. In my mind happiness is something that you really like to do and enjoy when having it. Its depends to individuals maybe money is happiness, maybe pain. I thinks for some pain is their happiness like boxing fans. Isn't that kind of sport is pain? For me my happiness is when I could hug my parents. I love them so much! I want them to stay by my side and do all the things that I want with them. HAPPY LUCKY. **prettyhanan**
