Usually i call home every other day ,yes it is a little frequant while maybe i always was a little homesick and i wanted to listen to my family's voice... there is a problom that i have not something interesting to share with them .some times we just talk about the same thing ! and it is always short ,just several minutes.lately i feel that would be cheesed to have my phone......this week i have not called home for four days while i get the phone from my mom,and she asked me why i hadnt called back so long and she missed me ........ i was so happy to hear that and moved to taers... i love my mom my dad ,all my family .i cannt understand some people said the family was not concerned with them and never called parents....for me my family is the backing and with their love i would face all my hardness bravely.....

well, i just moved to a new state with my boyfriend [quite suddenly] back in october. i used to call home just about every night - but mainly to talk to my sister. my mom isn't happy about me moving and so we usually just ask each other how we've been, etc. although i have started to randomly talk to her online on aim when she's at work some days, so it's getting better. although we still get into a few arguments about me being gone. then my dad and i have never really got along and i never have anything to say to him, so i just don't talk to him on the phone. i haven't directly talked to him since mid-october before i left. my sister though is my number one best friend, along with my boyfriend - who is the reason why i moved. but now she has my old sidekick [no t-mobile service where i live now] and we both have unlimited texting so we text on and off pretty much all day.

Hi,there! I can understand very well about your feeling with your mum. When I was young,I also had a very strong homesick. It's getting better now cause I studied in another province for four years.I learn to overcome a little bit:) But I did miss my family, that's also the reason that I came back to my city now.I know my mum hopes for this pretty much and she missed me a lot when I was out.Mums are so great in this world and their love to the kids can't be compared with other things. Hopefully you'll be better! Have a nice weekend^_^

Parents are always around to back you up. Your family as well. Just as long you reach out to them too. They would love you. ;p But not all family are blessed with one like yours.. there are really families who doesnt care a thing or two about their members. It depends.

hi Marsher.its really good that you talk to your parents everyday.parents always support their children.however for me calling to my parents everyday is not at all feasible for me since its an international call and its very costly in the country i live.so i call only once in a week.those people who do not talk to thier parents for a mont or longer,i guess they havent recieved much love form their parents earlier.they are very happy in the situation they are.
