What's the best playstation 2 game?

We are a lot of good games. Shadow of Colossus is very interstant, excelent graphics and a great jogability. GTA San Andreas inovated the games' world. What do you think? What's the best PS2 game?

Tekken 5 is truly PS2's no.1 fighting game in my opinion. GTA San Andreas for the sand-box genre.

I think Soul Calibur is the #1 fighting game for the ps2. and San Andreas is fun. I Love flying the cars. its awesome

it depends of what you are asking for if it is mission game then gta sandreas is the best if its a racing than need for speed latest and if its starategy i will go with sims2

I would say Bully. It is challenging and filled with comedy. It lets you take on the persona of a teenage hood and help your friends and beat up your enemies.

Don't really play games on PS2 anymore, but back in the day I liked Taiko no Tatsujin, DDR 7 2nd Mix, and Winning Eleven. Those are the best because of their replayability.

I agree, Shadow of Colossus and GTA: SA are good games. But the PS2 has so many good games, it's hard to choose. The game that I really like now is Guitar Hero I and II (even if it's available on the other consoles.) It's fun and easy, and you don't have to be a pro guitarist to be able to play. It's also new and unique. Plus the music is great. But if it's a PS2-only game, well, you can't go wrong with Final Fantasy 10. Beautiful graphics, lovely music and a fantastic story line, what's not to love?
