How to improve body muscles???

I want to know that how can I develop stong body muscles?what I have to do or eat?what type of excercise can be done in home without going to health club.can you help me?any suggestion would be helpfull to me.thanks in advance.have a nice day.

Well u should have some equipments at home.3 pairs of dumbells,bench press equipments .just warm up ur body by streching exersise up to 20 minutes. one the first day use less weighted dumbell to start. FOR CHEST= butterfly, bench press, seated bench press ARMS=seated curl BACK=surfer, lat pull in etc etc u should take protein rich food like eggs,soya been, red meat etc aftr 2 months its better to take some herbel protien powder or tablets. sleeping plays a vital role in body building. so sleep up to 9hrs a day
