I don't think they have lost the standard as such but they just lack the experience needed at the international level, more so now after Haq's daparture. I feel that after Wasim and Waqar retired, they haven't had a bowler who can carry their bowling attack on his back and as you would know that bowling has always been Pakistan's strong point than their batting. Akhtar due to his attitude problems and injuries has never been able to become what Pakistan cricket would have hoped him to be. Sami has failed to even by an inch as a bowler, he is been the same bowler for the several years without ever reaching potential and improving. The only shining light seems to be M. Asif (he is one of my favorite bowlers in contemporary cricket) I feel that the Pakistani selectors don't treat the really talented cricketers the way they should. We see so many young cricketers making debuts at 17-18, they do well and then they get lost. The selectors don't show faith in them to get the best out of them. And as these players get older, they seem to get less and less opportunities and selectors start looking for new faces. I mean look at Azhar Mahmood, Mushtaq Ahmad, Saqlain Mushtaq, Waqar Younis, Saeed Anwar, Imran Farhat all whose careers were ended prematurely by the selection process. I hope the same thing doesn't happen to the ones in Pakistan team right now.

I think so the PAkisthan tema is looking very very ordinary now-adyas. I think there is a lot to learn for this Pakisthan cricket team.

yes my friend I definitely to be a bone does everything you are that the Pakistani team has lost the standard. I think a the major reason is of a lot of politics is being played the inside the team end the second there is most of their key players are suffering from injuries is., and this is the main reason and also I do feel that they lack a good and aggressive captain after ,akram left the team who. I am a big fan of him and I feel he was the last time captained the display team ever got after that woman I have not seen any player with the potential leadership qualities in the Pakistani team.

Yaa.. i guess... so.. their fielding standards are far below the standards that are required for an international team... they dont even match a school team as of now...
