Would you confront your partner if cheating happens?

Would you talk to your partner about the cheating issues or just shut up and keep the hurts inside to save the relationship?

if this ever id occur, i wouldn't confront my partner until i was 100% sure. as you don't want to screw your relationship up just on a hunch, as your hunch may be wrong. but when i was sure then difinatly i would confront my partner..
