Colan Cancer spread to the lung

My Husband died Oct of 1991 of colan cancer spead to the lung. It really tore me up inside. When I lost him I lost myself. For about 3 years I did nothing but go bars and self distruck. Then one day I woke up and decided to change and get on with my life, because that is what he would have wanted me to do.

The loss of a spose is a heart breaking journey for anyone. With the loss of a loved one we must learn to find ways of honoring them while moving on in a healthy manner I know it is easier said than done.
