what sauce do you like to put in spaghetti? me, i like to put white sauce in it than tomato sauce. i like to put seafoods instead of beef or pork because it is more nutritious than meat, and also more delicious too. how 'bout you?

I also like white, creamy sauces rather than tomato. but sometimes they can be too rich, so i like to make my own cream sauces at home.

Well, it depends on my mood, and also the kind of pasta I'm eating. I generally like tomato sauce with spaghetti and chicken. But for thicker pastas like fettuccine, I like thicker and creamier sauces like Alfredo sauce. I prefer seafood (like shrimp, crab or lobster) with it too. It just suits the taste more as they're leaner and more tender unlike pork or beef. I also like adding some vegetables (like broccoli and of course, garlic) too.

That sounds really good. I usually just use Ragu red sauce. Yours sounds more creative. I would try yours. Thanks for the idea.

I just usually put regular tomato sauce on my spaghetti. I like alfredo sauce too, but I don't get it that often. I guess it just sort of depends on my mood. I like the taste of both, but I am usually in the mood for tomato. Also, I think alredo sauce has a lot more calories, and I'm always trying to be careful to not have too much.

I will always go for the white sauce when I order out spaghetti. Because I cannot really cook white sauce (I don't know how to cook the "reux"), I always go for the red sauce when at home. We normally buy this spaghetti sauce that has three-cheese flavor, and aside from the distinct cheese flavor, it also has some herbs in it, making it a sauce on its own. I could say I always go for meat sauces, too, because seafoods tend to taste fishy... but I once tried spaghetti in pomodoro sauce using red snapper as its meat and I loved it a lot!
