My hubby is a chain smoker. He have been trying to stop smoking since 2006...No amount of encouragement from me would inspire him to quit. Thus, I just shut up and when our baby arrived he volunteered quitting smoking. Today, I still don't give some verbal comments and reinforcement, as it would get in his head and he will tend to crave for it.Once in a while, I test his ability to continue quitting by leaving a pack of cigarettes...then he questioned me, saying"This is for whom"?As I am a non-smoker nor any member of my family...I tease him saying..."Just trying if you backslide", then he just smiled and says, "I will make it Sweetheart". For you GUYS, how do you managed supporting your loved ones or other family members QUIT smoking???Or in your personal experience to quit if you're a SMOKER.You're all welcome to share your experiences!!!

How about a special ashtray? I know that there is a kind of ashtray shaped like lung. When smokers use it ,it will cough like a human being:) It is too hard to quit smoking. But sometimes somkers will give up because of their babies. Let time shape……

Hmmnn...I wish I can find that kind of ashtray here.I didn't know such invention. I guess time will tell my hubby's endurance to quit.My son is growing and he pretty much is concern that when he grew up and sees him smoking, he will imitate him. I am crossing my fingers of his success in quitting. Thanks for sharing your ideas.
