Diference between 4 and 5 star hotels?

Do you know the difference between 5 star hotels. I don't see much difference. List your thoughts here.

Some more comfort may be. But the star categorization is not so clear, i think. Many hotels with 4 stars arent worse then thoose ones with 5 stars.
