now the ideas have changed a lot. marriage was necessary for social, economical purposes. Now people can live without being married. they can chase their dreams without being married. But still many people think it is utmost necessity.

Hi krkishore! marriage is definitely necessary for me. In the tradition and culture that i grew up with every relationship has to end in marriage and i mean church wedding at that. It is our belief that any relationship has to be sealed by God's blessing in order for it to prosper. I know of course that it is dependent on both man and woman in handling the relationship but me as a christian catholic strongly believe that with God at the center of marriage nothing can go wrong.

The concept and institution of marriage has changed a lot since human history began. Before people married for a number of reasons, economic, political, or social. Sometimes it was just for survival. Today people don't have to marry for the same reasons they did thousands of years ago so it's changed. They can be their own independent, economically stable units. For me marriage is not necessary. I don't see the need for it in my personal life. I'm independent and can take care of myself. I can be in a committed relationship and don't need a piece of paper to tell me any different.

Hello, Krkishore! marriage, yes, it is necessary for men and women.as one attains the youth, the body chemistry attracts one to the opposite partner for fulfilling the biological necessity.of course, you can satisfy your self living together before marriage as many men and women are doing these days.but it is neither safe nor any culture approves.it is only marriage gives recognition and social sanction. thank you and have a good day.
