creating a new blog have questions

Hello, I am in the process of creating a new blog, and wondering how to move the post up and down, it says it is possible but how ? thanks

I am not sure what do you mean by moving the post up and down. Are you referring to the order of the post to be displayed on the blog or something else? may be if you can clarify that, i can try to help you with that. Cheers!

If you are using blogger or blogspot, just edit the default date on the post to any date that you like so that the post that you want to be most recent would have the later date. Most blogging platform would have the option for you to change the posting date.
