5 years back i started my career as an executive in a call centre just to earn some pocket moneywhere i had to do night shifts.later on i started enjoying the work a lot.and i started making career in it.however after 2 years i seriously started feeling that doing night shift is hampering my body.and then after 3year i started looking ofr day shift job.even if i got less salary.however iwas able to get one with good post and salary as well.i really enjoyed and my helath is also good from then.i was guessing how many of you do night sifts?do you enjoy doing it or are you looking for a change ?is it hampering your health?

I know that doing a Night Shift Job not only affects our Bodily Functions physically ;But it also has a psychological affect . I think it would make a person a bit away from his close ones. Of course, some people have to do Night Shift Jobs. Personally;I feel no job should be 100% Night Shift based;even Call Centres & BPOs . It should be on a rotational basis & that would be good for the individuals too.
