Are people actually making money here?

I am new here, and I was wondering if people are actually making money here, and if so how can I make more money. I am not sure if I am supposed to keep on writing and then make money that way or if I also make money by responding to other messages. Is there a certain rate that is paid per discussion or does it go by how many responses you get?
Anyways, it would be great if I could get some input

Yeah. The best way to earn money here is to have many referrals. If you have more referrals that are active you may have the big chance to earn more money. Because 25% of their earnings will be yours.

Be truthful, It is hard to get referals here, people don't have the time. I only have 2 referals out of a yea's time, and they are not active. It is a joke!

No, not really hard. I've got 7 referrals and 4 active for my first 6 months. All you have to do is invite more people.

we are hetre as a family in my lot, when i joined my lot in the earlier days i was crazy about money so i always try to make more money that time
but today i am not crazy about because here in mylot we are earning from two sides we are geting paid we are receivivg information from all over he world from different people
i want you to don't think about money just think its fun and the money is our reward not a pay

I've gotten paid 2 times so far in the 10 months I've been here. And if I keep up the pace I'm currently at I should make payout this next time around.
The more a person participates in mylot (with starting discussions and replying to others discussions) the more a person can make. Referrals can help you make money, but remember that these people have to be active in mylot for you to make any money this way. I have no referrals myself, and make all my pennies and dimes on my own. That's one of the reasons it probably takes me so long to reach payout. LOL That, and I don't participate as much as I'd like to. But hey, at least I make a little something, just for being a part of an online community. That in itself is pretty cool!
I have a question for you. You say that you are new in your discussion which was posted 1 day ago, but in your profile it states that you've been a member here for 11 months. So how can you be new here if you've been here for almost a year? :P

yes that is true that lot of people get money from here, they earn more than 10 dollar in a month i know it is hard to earmn omny from here but that is true that they pays you realy on minimum payout which is 10$

Yes, I do make money here. But of course it did not happen overnight. It will take you a lot of hardwork and patience. But if you enjoy this site then nothing to worry. because income just comes naturally.

People are making Money ;though most are making no more than 4 to 5 Dollars (and that too those who are highly Active here !! ) .
