I use a intel core 2 duo 2.2 GhHz processor, It has 4 mb L2 cache and FSB speed of 667 MHZ and it's fast. Recently I have heard, intel core 2 duo have some problems, i haven't experienced any till now, if anyone has, please let me know.

Mine is AMD Athlon 3200+ I'm thinking of upgrading it, AMD's are very cheap, and my motherboard can support all of the new models.

I use amd X2 3800+...but would love to have the intel q6600, which is only $270 and it pawns phenoms. So i would say Intel at the moment, but the best thing about amd is that i can put the phenom on my old motherboard too, thats worth a thought!
