Good under pressure

There are some people who dont cope well when under pressure. I can certainly understand that. For me its always a challenge to me when Im hit with pressure and something has to be done quickly. I know some people who say OMG I cant do that what can I do? I say stop complaining and get to work on it right away. I also think it has to do with being stubborn. I dont give in easily.LOL So do cave under pressure? Or do work and keep trying to you get it done or get to get it right? Hmmmmmmm?

Hello dear TerryZ. You are right to say that we had better face the pressure on us when we have to. When I have pressure from work, I don't avoid it, but face it and try to fulfill my task in good time however hard and stressful it might be to me. I can always finish the hard task within the last minute so long as I put my heart into it and should not be lazy doing it. When one pressure is overcome, the happiness jumps at you as always. I actually do pretty well under pressure. Sometimes I'll have several projects going on at one time, so I have to keep everything written down so that I don't forget something!
I'm involved in a lot of my kid's activities and like to get involved, so I truly believe that organization is the key to working under pressure!

Under stress is when I do my best work. LOL I seem to thrive with pressure. However, the last year, I have not been doing as well under stress.

well actually i am use to being under pressure so i don't really have a problem dealing with it.i just like to get to the point and get the job done!pattie

I am a rock under pressure, once faced with a challenge I am organized, decisive, and methodical. I also crave challenges or I will find myself bored and lazy. I find that I need pressure in order for me to rise to the occasion.

I work well when I am under pressure..!!
I apply the same theory with my college exams..!!
Studying day before exams...lol!!
but thats not good.
My brain actualy works well when I am under pressure.
I don't know why I show better efficiency.
If you give me to do something in 10 days it will probably be done in not so good way.
But if you force me to do it right now it will be done sir..!! lol
Thats is why in my friends circle I am the last minute saver to all problems..!!
My mind works 10 times faster when its under some pressure..!! I just need some one to encourage me up.
Its just me.

hmmm depends on the pressure and the timing of the pressure... there are times when i'm high on myself and so it's quite easy to deal with pressure... but there are times when it becomes pressure over another pressure WHEW!!!
i simply take it one step at a time... and manage as much as possible not to quit :-)

I'm more like you and I enjoy a challenge. I don't like things that are too easy. It gets to be pretty boring. I agree with you, just get it done and quit complaining, is what I say to those people.
